Recipe: Pom with EINOROC coconut oil

Pom means home. With our oil it becomes even more special.

Pom is a classic from Surinamese cuisine. We make it with our pure coconut oil from Coronie — the oil adds flavour and binding without being heavy.

What you need: chicken or turkey, pomtajer, our coconut oil, citrus, spices. Brown the chicken in the oil, grate the pomtajer, mix everything and let it cook slowly in the oven for hours. The result: creamy, aromatic, and unmistakably home.
