Report: our first pop-up in Amsterdam
An evening of flavours, stories and connection. This was only the beginning.
Last month we held our first EINOROC pop-up in Amsterdam. Pom, pastei, bara and of course our coconut oil in almost every dish. The room was full of people curious about the taste of Coronie — and people for whom that taste was already home.
